Friends and Family Test

From the 1st December 2014 all GP practices are required to ask patients the Friends & Family test questions that will be monitored by NHS England on a monthly basis. The questions is as follows:

  • How likely are you to recommend our GP Surgery to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?

Can be difficult to get an appointment despite calling first thing in a morning

Generally always helpful for me and my children
